This Page is for all of those who have served our country. Past, Present, and Future. If not for them, then everybody here in the United States of America would not have the freedom that they do today. One of my favorite bumper stickers states "If you can read, thank a teacher. If you can read in English, thank a Soldier!" So many people don't understand just what it means to serve their country. I know what you are thinking...the person who made this page is a soldier or a vet. You would be wrong. I did however grow up in a military family. My Father is retired USAF, one of my uncles served a tour in the USMC, my Brother is currently serving in US Army, and my Grandfather is retired US Army, so, no, I haven't served but much of my family and many friends of mine, either have or are serving.
There are thousands of Men and Women whom I have the utmost respect for because they have chosen to serve in the Armed Forces. Even if you don't support the war, as many do here and abroad, support our troops. Personally, I don't support the direction that the war has gone, but I will support our troops 100% until they come home.
If You follow the link listed below, it will take you to a tribute to those who have served. Too many of our soldiers gave their all. Too Many of our soldiers never came home. 48,000+ never came home from Vietnam alone. that is 48,000+ too many. Especially considering that every vehicle, tent, gun, and scrap of food was accounted for. Why have our soldiers not been?!?
